Whitefox Chartered Surveyors Marks Twenty Years with Landmark Celebration at Compton Acres
Bournemouth-based property & construction consultancy Whitefox Chartered Surveyors celebrated its twentieth anniversary this June with a special evening at Compton Acres in Poole, welcoming staff, clients, partners, and friends of the business to mark two decades of growth, expertise, and community commitment.
With the sun shining over the award-winning gardens, the event brought together those who have been part of the Whitefox journey over the years, from loyal staff, long-standing clients and professional partners to members of the local business community who have supported the practice as it has grown from a single-person consultancy into a ten-strong team delivering complex, high-value projects across the south coast and beyond.
Founded by Managing Director Darren Frias-Robles in 2006, Whitefox has built a reputation for delivering an exceptional standard of quantity surveying, cost management, project management, and building surveying services. Landmark commissions have included the regeneration of the former Debenhams building in Bournemouth town centre, now Bobby & Co, a three-storey hotel in Oxford city centre, opposite Oxford University Exam Board College, and projects spanning across the rest of the UK, including Scotland.
The practice has also made a significant commitment to the local community, including providing pro bono project management and cost consultancy services to Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, supporting Julia’s House, and entering its second season as a sponsor of Bournemouth Rugby Club. In 2024, Whitefox was awarded the Gold Award at the BCP Local Business Awards.
Darren Frias-Robles, Managing Director of Whitefox Group, said, “Reaching twenty years is a moment I could not have imagined when I first set out. This business was built on the trust of clients who chose to work with us, the talent of a team that gives everything, and the support of a community that has always been at the heart of what we do. Celebrating at Compton Acres, with so many of the people who have been part of our story, was genuinely special. I am enormously proud of what we have achieved together, and I am excited about everything that lies ahead.”
Looking ahead, Whitefox has plans to expand its regional presence through sustained growth and planned geographical expansion, building on the operational foundations established at its Bournemouth base.
