Trethowans completes sale of Dorset care home after 23 years of ownership
Trethowans, a leading law firm with offices across the central south, have advised in the sale of Two Cedars Residential Care Home in Broadstone, Poole.
The Trethowans team, led by corporate partner Mark Nixon and registered foreign lawyer Gerta Xoxi, are delighted to have successfully supported the owner, Jean Williams, in the sale. The successful and popular residential care home has been sold after 23 years of ownership, as part of Jean’s retirement plans.
Two Cedars occupies a two-storey property with 17 single, furnished en suite bedrooms. The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission and benefits from a full-time registered manager and devoted staff members.

The Trethowans team advised Jean adeptly through the complexities of the transaction and worked hard and tirelessly to bring it to fruition in a short timescale during the period leading to completion.
