The evening runs from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and is deliberately kept small, with a limited number of places available to ensure guests enjoy an evening that feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely immersive.

Joining Agent Nouveau for the evening is Marguerite Mornet of Y Africa Travel, a specialist who has been crafting thoughtful safari and wine experiences across South Africa for more than thirty years. Born in South Africa and based along the beautiful West Coast near Cape Town, Marguerite has deep family roots in the safari industry, with family who have managed lodges in the Greater Kruger and a husband who worked as a game ranger and tour guide throughout Africa. She brings a lifetime of firsthand knowledge and genuine passion for the continent.
