The launch of Agent Nouveau was celebrated in style with a champagne reception on Wednesday, 28th January at the new Westbourne premises at 82 Poole Road, welcoming clients, travel partners and members of the local community for an evening of connection, conversation and inspiration.
Born from the much-loved Janine Loves Travel family, Agent Nouveau brings a fresh, contemporary approach to luxury travel on the high street.
Founder and MD of the JLT Group, Janine Marshall, advised, “We are really pleased with the boutique space that we’ve created, it’s a very welcoming, lounge-style environment which feels more like a five-star hotel than a travel agency.
“The design will encourage our clients to relax, enjoy a drink, engage in unhurried, personal conversations, explore ideas, share dreams and shape journeys that truly reflect who they are. The core of our service is creating completely tailor-made travel itineraries. Holidays are not sold on the spot; instead, after an initial discovery conversation, the team curates a series of bespoke options, and an appointment is made for the customer to review the proposal. We want our customers to feel listened to, a place where their ideas can evolve into truly special holidays.”
Janine and her team also plan for the business to become a busy hub for travel-inspired events, with a focus on well-being and lifestyle. Already planned is a Japanese-themed event featuring local author and speaker Barbara Lovesy, who will share insights from her new book, ‘Land of the Rising Lifespan: Japanese Rituals of Longevity.’
