Fall in Love with and Discover Poole: Win a Romantic VIP Weekend Getaway!
Love is definitely in the air in Poole! The Poole Business Improvement District (BID) is excited to announce a spectacular Valentine’s competition, offering one lucky couple the chance to win an unforgettable VIP ‘Discover Love in Poole’ Experience, worth over £1,000! The romantic weekend will take place from Friday 28th March to Sunday 30th March, packed with pampering, treats, and unforgettable moments
To enter, simply nominate your partner and tell us, in no more than 250 words, the story of how you met. Poole BID CEO, Jacqui Rock, shared, “We’re excited to hear about the quirky, unusual, or romantic stories of how couples met. Whether it was a chance encounter or a grand romantic gesture, we want to hear what makes your love story unique!”
The winning couple will experience an amazing VIP weekend in Poole town, with a range of luxurious prizes and experiences:
Friday 28th March:
Your adventure begins with a two-night stay at Hotel Du Vin, nestled in Poole’s historic old town. Upon arrival, enjoy chocolates from Truly Scrumptious, setting the tone for a romantic weekend ahead.
Saturday 29th March:
Start the day with a romantic breakfast to fuel up for a day of pampering and treats!
- Confused Fox Jewellery Store: Choose a beautiful piece of jewellery, valued at up to £70.
- Brakeburn & Lavender Moon: Shop for a stunning item of clothing (perhaps a chic top or accessory).
- Great Reads Bookstore: Pick out a book to inspire your love story.
- Zeen Cuisine: Lunch at Poole’s much-talked-about Jamaican street food takeaway, where you’ll indulge in vibrant, authentic flavours.
Afternoon creative:
The couple will enjoy a fun ceramic pottery class with Charlotte Miller Ceramics.
Evening:
- The Pickled Berry: A romantic dinner at this cozy Poole eatery, perfect for a memorable evening together.
- After dinner, unwind with a cocktail each at the St Tropez Club, a chic drinks venue to reflect on your unforgettable day Discovering Poole.
Sunday 30th March:
Enjoy a delightful brunch at Custom House Poole Bistro & Bar, overlooking Poole Harbour. Following this, to embark on a Coastal Cruises trip around the scenic harbour to wrap up your VIP weekend.
