Mariana Crawford announced as Head of Salisbury Residential Property at Trethowans
Mariana Crawford has taken on the role of Head of Salisbury Residential Property at Trethowans, a leading law firm in the south of England.
Having joined the firm 7 years ago as a solicitor in the Residential Property team, Mariana was rapidly promoted to Associate in 2017, Senior Associate in 2020 and Partner in April 2023. She has over 20 years’ experience in a diverse mix of property transactions, including advising clients in all aspects of residential property, including but not limited to the selling, buying and remortgaging of freehold and leasehold property, with a notably strong specialism in new build properties. She has been instrumental in the creation and growth of the New Build conveyancing team that sits within the Residential Property team.
Mariana is a well-known and respected figure in the Salisbury business and local community. Originally from South Africa she has strong links to the large South African ex-pat community in the area. She is also a Director and Honorary Solicitor of the Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce.
